We offer a unique service in partnership with our dedicated and loving host families, who have been meticulously vetted to our high standards, along with complying to legislative requirements, stipulated by business and local authorities. This ensures
5-star care is consistently provided for your furry loved ones – all within a safe and comfortable home-from-home environment.
We fully understand how dogs play a huge part in our lives, which is why we offer a bespoke alternative to dog kennels, whereby we always aim to match your dog’s personal needs to one of our wonderful hosts. This ensures you can take a well-earned break, giving you comfort to know your fur babies are in the best possible hands – we even offer a chauffeur service to and from their holiday, along with transporting their very own doggy suitcase.
The process starts by registering and trialling your dog for a day or two to confirm their routine, which ensures they are entirely comfortable leaving you behind, along with alleviating any anxieties you may have with them taking a longer holiday period. Remember, you need to enjoy your break too, which is why we are here to provide peace of mind.
We do not register dogs who have not been spayed or neutered. Also, all dogs are required to be left alone for a maximum of 3-hours while being well behaved, without being a danger to themselves or the environment they are in. Whilst you are away, we are always available for regular contact should you have any questions, along with keeping you updated on their stay by sending photos and text updates.
We are a married couple based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, and have 2 beautiful daughters, who are clearly the real bosses of the team operation!
We bring a vast amount of managerial and customer experience from our respective backgrounds in the Military and Logistics sector, so you can be rest assured your doggies needs will be professionally accommodated throughout the duration of their exciting staycation.
We are also a family of dog lovers, having previously been owners for most of our lives. However, after recently losing our beloved Staffie (Oscar) and Bordeaux (Keith), this has left a huge void in all our lives. So, when the opportunity arose to open our very own Barking Mad territory, we came to the realisation that our passion for dogs could be transferred to providing the best possible pet care for others and jumped at the chance.
