Welcome to Helen Lamb & Louise Edwards who recently completed their business training with us. They braved the recent rain, ice and snow to visit Barking Mad HQ for their week long business training.
Helen is launching her green field business in the Wirral and Louise is also launching her green field business in Watford & NW London.
Helen lives in Oxton village with her gorgeous Dalmation Ellie and husband John. Helen previously owned a hairdressing salon in Wallasey Village, and then went on to manage her husband’s Dental Practice for 20 years – a far cry from arranging bespoke dog holidays – she must be Barking Mad!
One of Helen’s friends recently started a Barking Mad franchise in the South Lakes, and Helen was so impressed with the business model and the support the franchisor offered. Once she found out her local area was available to purchase she jumped at the chance – and the rest, as they say is history!

Louise lives in Mill Hill, North West London with her sweet rescue pup, Ellie. She previously worked for large corporations in the sales, customer service strategy and business & process improvement sectors – a different pace from organising dog holidays!

Founder of Barking Mad, Lee Dancy developed the flourishing enterprise from an idea which was originally conceived out of sheer frustration when she failed to find suitable care for her own dog.
